Church Health Team

The Church Health Team is responsible for promoting the health of the Pastors, Pastor’s Families, Staff and Congregations.

Therefore, W PA Ministries covenants to:

•  Facilitate family support; encouragement and growth through need oriented ministry and opportunities that encourage Clergy Family Health.

•  Facilitate relationships for Pastors and Staff Members with their peers for accountability, support and growth.

•  Provide Credentialing Services to assist in mentoring and spiritual formation of current and future Pastoral and Church Staff Leaders; also to guide congregations in Pastoral searches, as well as, assist and guide Pastors in transition.  Crisis Teams will also be available to assist congregations in conflict throughout the resolution of crisis issues.

•  Providing resources to assist in Congregation Health; thereby assisting each congregation in reaching its maximum potential in Christ.  We will provide Wellness Teams to work with church leaders in the assessment of ministry and resources to help them reach the next level of health and growth.

•  Promote and encourage Covenant Relationships with other local congregations.
